In this Challenge, I am going to provide you with 50 days worth of training, nutrition tips, motivation, education and support. The Callender Girls 50 Day Challenge Outline

  • DAILY WORKOUTS –Train with Richard and his team for the duration of the Challenge in the comfort of your own home/space.  Equipment not essential.
  • WEEKLY CHALLENGES – Test yourself to complete as many challenges as possible by stepping out of your comfort zone and living in the moment
  • REGULAR VIDEOS –Updates, tips and coaching from Richard throughout the 50 Days.  Think of it as your weekly coaching check-in to keep momentum going.
  • PROGRESSIVE WORKOUT PROGRAMS – Workouts devised that will span the 50 days. Get used to prioritising yourself and start making the difference that makes the difference.
  • DESIGNATED FACEBOOK GROUP – Talk to Richard, the team and other participants on the journey as you share ideas, tips and have your questions answered.
  • NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE– Try new recipes, share ideas and learn what you need to eat to make the biggest difference to your body in the shortest amount of time.

Preparation is Everything

The plan is for you to focus consistently on yourself for 50 Days and then onwards.  This is not a quick-fix solution, but for many of you it might be the fix you need to undo years of self neglect.

You will need to eat right, drink appropriately and fuel your body in the best possible way to get the results you want. We will guide you, but you need to be honest with yourself, accountable and consistent with your food choices.

To support you throughout the Plan we will have weekly Live Chats with Richard and the team, regular chats within the Facebook group and exchanges across social media as you log your journey.
